Have you ever taken a yoga class that felt like it absolutely flew by? Well - that's a good thing, because time flies when you're having fun. All that being said, imagine having the time to really explore each pose, uncover the blockages in your body and release them into the mat.
This Friday I am leading a 2 hour Deep Hot Stretch class in our Medford studio from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. This 2 hour practice is a complete practice with full-body stretching, mindful breathwork and guided meditation.
After a deeply therapeutic unwind, the class will close with an extra long savasana fit with a mini yoga nidra for added grounding. You will leave felling renewed, restored & rejuvenated. This class doesn't come around often so come out and flow together!
(this is suitable for every level of student, including beginners who have never practiced! i got you <3 )
