Private Yoga can be a transformational way to either begin or enhance your practice! Whether you are a brand new beginner looking to learn the foundations of the poses or a long-time student looking to strengthen your practice through carefully curated practices designed to help you reach your yoga goals, I can help! If you’re new to all of this jazz and have no clue what the above even means, don’t worry - I got your back! We can chat and find the most appropriate style of yoga that you connect with to start. All private yoga sessions include a consultation so that I can curate the perfect practice for you, your choice of either 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions, hands-on assists (if desired, although no-touch is also an option!), and a guided savasana with reiki healing. I use music, essential oils & incense if desired and I take care to create a sacred sanctuary for you if you join me at my home.

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on how long + where you desire receiving your service. I can travel to you and for those who I know personally sessions are available out of my home.

30 Minute Private Yoga Session - $35+
60 Minute Private Yoga Session - $55+
90 Minute Private Yoga Session - $95+

How to Book

Simply click the ‘Book Private Yoga’ button below. Please include in your email your top 3 dates (day/month) you’re requesting to have a session with a specific time slot from my availability. Please also include which service you desire. For Example: “I would like to book a 60 minute private yoga session. My preferred dates would be: Saturday November 16th @ 5pm; Monday November 18th at 9am; or Sunday November 24th at 6pm.” Feel free to also include any other information you desire me to know before we work together.

Weekly Availability:
Mondays and Tuesdays - 9am to 7pm
Wednesdays and Thursdays - 830am to 1030am
Fridays - 4pm to 7pm
Saturdays - 4pm to 7pm
Sundays - 5pm to 7pm
