THIS SPECIAL EMBODIMENT PRACTICE IS INSPIRED BY HER NEW BOOK, THE AKASHIC ALCHEMIST AND WILL INCLUDE READINGS DIRECTLY FROM THE BOOK. this will be a gentle movement-based practice, emphasizing intention, breath, and somatic exploration.

ABOUT CARLEENA: Carleena Lara Bregatta is an author, spiritual coach, embodiment mentor and teacher. She teaches people how to return to the ancient art of cyclical living, sharing tools on how to inner resource safety, sovereignty and freedom. Her creative work weaves together modern neuroscience with Five Element Theory and Tantrik Yogic Philosophy for a multi-faceted approach to trauma healing, self empowerment and soulful self discovery.
Carleena is a certified Usui Reiki Master, 800 Hour E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), a certified Hypnotherapist & Past Life Regression Therapist. She holds an M.A. of International Relations and a B.A. of Psychology. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over ten years and routinely facilitates yoga teacher trainings, reiki attunements, group immersions and retreats across the United States and internationally.

DJ Sylo is a veteran DJ and sonic guide with 14 years of experience creating space and community with sound. He has shared his gift on stages for crowds of 7000+, as well as at sacred sites like the caves of Teotihuacan. Since the beginning of his DJ journey, Sylo has been a vital thread in the ongoing evolution of Philadelphia’s culture. He has helped cultivate within the conscious community, delivering impactful sets at workshops, large outdoor yoga classes, and ecstatic dances - while growing his name in the more secular international DJ scene.
Sylo’s current chapter involves harmonizing these two paths. He is excited to offer accessible, energetic tools that allow people to experience themselves more deeply, empowering them to navigate new, expansive times.
